✨ What makes your products unique?
All our apparel is made-to-order using premium print-on-demand partners. Each item is created just for you—no mass production, no waste. Expect quality, uniqueness, and serious vibes in every piece.
🕒 How long does it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping:
  • U.S. & Canada: 5–8 business days
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the United States and Canada. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding soon!
📏 How do I pick the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our items are printed to order, so we can’t offer refunds for incorrect sizes—but we do offer a 30% discount on one size reprint if unworn. Just email us.
🧿 What’s your refund & replacement policy?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Just email us at support@vintagewavethreads.com with a clear photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure digital payment options available at checkout.
🔄 Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel for free within 10 hours of placing your order or anytime before your item goes into production. After that, it’s likely already printing and cannot be canceled.
